Peter G. Martin has been appointed chief executive officer of Cosmetic Essence, Inc., a provider of contract manufacturing and supply chain management services for the cosmetics, personal care and household products industries. Martin previously served with Captive Plastics, Inc. from 1996 to 2008, when it was sold to Berry Plastics.
